Electrical Engineer Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team at WHD Consulting. As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems and products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop detailed electrical component and assembly designs, schematics, and ERP data.
  • Deliver high-quality document sets to operations, ensuring 100% accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create product information and provide technical support.
  • Ensure compliance with CE, UKCA, UL, and other relevant regulations.
  • Develop solutions for UV-Reactors, electrical panels, components, and production issues quickly and safely.
  • Deliver customer projects on time with full accountability.
  • Assist operations, quality, NPD, and customer care teams.
  • Execute engineering change notes.
  • Support sales queries for bespoke solutions.
Requirements:
  • Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or equivalent based on experience.
  • 3-5 years of industry experience, preferably in capital equipment.
  • Proven record in product engineering.
  • Strong ownership of individual tasks and commitment to teamwork.
  • Competence with 3D CAD software.
