* Manage the People Services team to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our employees and the wider business.
* Develop and implement processes to improve service efficiency and effectiveness.
* Provide regular updates to the business through newsletters, intranet posts, and meetings.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and legislative obligations.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior management.
Requirements:
* Proven track record of working within and moving on to successful management of a shared service team.
