Transform Your Expertise in Clearance and Collateral Management
Become a key member of our EMEA Markets Legal team and contribute to the development of innovative solutions in Clearance and Collateral Management. As a seasoned legal professional, you will provide expert guidance and support to our business partners, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced legal counsel to join our EMEA Markets Legal team, focusing on Clearance and Collateral Management. In this role, you will work closely with our business partners to provide timely and effective legal advice, ensuring seamless execution of transactions and minimizing risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and support to EMEA Markets and the EMEA Clearance & Collateral Management business on Clearance and Collateral Management transactions, including advising on regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and maintain relationships with key industry partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry developments, providing expert guidance and support to our business partners.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our business operations, identifying areas for process improvement and contributing to the development of innovative solutions.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in institutional/wholesale banking and markets-related disciplines, with a strong background in Clearance and Collateral Management. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and industry partners.
