Education & Training Role

Protocol National Limited is seeking a dedicated Beauty Therapy Trainer to join our team. As a Beauty Therapy Trainer, you will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing high-quality learning experiences in Beauty.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Teaching & Assessment: Design and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of learners, ensuring all students receive a comprehensive education in Beauty.
    • Practical Instruction: Liaise with learners and industry partners to plan and execute practical learning days, ensuring safety and educational value.
    • Student Support: Monitor and assess learner progress, providing timely and constructive feedback.
    • Continuous Improvement: Engage in professional development to stay current with industry standards and educational best practices.
    • Compliance: Adhere to health and safety regulations and safeguarding requirements, promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements

  • Qualifications & Experience:
    • Trainer/Assessor qualifications
    • Level 3 qualified in relevant sector – desirable
    • Experience in delivering high-quality learning experiences and managing a diverse range of learners.
