North Bristol NHS Trust is seeking highly skilled Theatre Nursing professionals to join our team. As a Theatre Practitioner, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with Trust policies and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to maintain and enhance clinical skills.
- Contribute to the development of the perioperative team through sharing knowledge and expertise.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner with current professional registration.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, including shift work.
- Sound knowledge of the guidelines set out in the NMC/HCPC code of professional conduct and current perioperative issues.
Person Specification
- Essential criteria:
- Registered Nurse or ODP.
- Evidence of ongoing professional development.
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
