Logistics Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our Logistics recruitment team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our busy logistics recruitment department, resourcing for new roles, building your network of candidates and clients, and developing a relationship with prospective clients to offer temporary and permanent recruitment services.
Key Responsibilities- Support a busy logistics recruitment department, resourcing for new roles, building your network of candidates and clients.
- Develop a relationship with prospective clients to offer temporary and permanent recruitment services.
- Use recruitment resources to support recruitment campaigns for clients across the West Midlands.
- Build knowledge within the Industrial and Skilled sector, understand the market, skills shortages, salary bandings to create additional value to our clients.
- Previous sales experience (not essential).
- Confident personality and ability to build rapport easily.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently but will work well in a team environment.
- A positive approach to learning new skills.
