About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing all costs related to their construction projects, from initial estimates to final accounts. You will ensure that their projects are completed within budget and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project costs, including initial estimates and final accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Identify and mitigate potential cost risks.
- Develop and implement cost-saving strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Professional membership with RICS or equivalent.
