Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Practitioner to join our team as a Band 7 CAMHS Primary Mental Health Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting assessments, leading multi-agency meetings, and engaging in direct therapeutic work with children and families. They will also design and deliver presentations and training events for other professionals and carers/parents as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in mental health, with experience working with children, young people, and families. You will also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A relevant qualification such as a degree or diploma in a related field is essential.

Benefits:
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a salary range of £42,058 - £67,163 per annum, depending on experience, as well as access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
