About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Strategy Director to join our team of digital marketing consultants. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing customer engagement and loyalty strategies that drive business growth.

As a Customer Strategy Director, you will work closely with our clients to understand their business goals and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs. You will be expected to manage meetings, present your thoughts and recommendations, and work effectively in a matrix organisation structure.

We are looking for a strong and relevant track record in an agency, consultancy, or client-side background. You should have a proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment, with a strong focus on influence and persuasion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement customer engagement and loyalty strategies that drive business growth
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and develop tailored solutions
  • Manage meetings and present your thoughts and recommendations
  • Work effectively in a matrix organisation structure
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
