Key Responsibilities:- Take overall responsibility for the sound completion of a section of works on a major construction project
- Lead by example and manage the day-to-day delivery of the project
- Ensure all teams are correctly inducted and carrying out their specific roles to the highest standards
- Motivate the team and manage performance, offering support through training and coaching as and when required
- Prepare and monitor short-term programmes
- Maintain accurate project progress records
- Ensure awareness of project budgets, cost control, cost recovery, and ensuring the project expenditure is in line with the contracted budget
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale new build projects within the education, commercial, leisure, industrial, or retail sectors for a tier one main contractor
- Experience working on Reinforced Concrete building projects
- Excellent communication skills and familiarity with site health and safety
- Driven and keen to progress their careers
