Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Part-time Scrub Nurse/Theatre Practitioner to join our team at our brand new eye Hospital in Hounslow. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work with a highly skilled team and benefit from our fully funded training programs.

About the Role

You will be responsible for participating in all aspects of the Ophthalmic Surgical pathway at Optegra. As a member of the operating theatre team, you'll provide skilled clinical and technical assistance, as well as peri-operative and post-operative care in the surgical and refractive suite of the hospital.

Your primary focus will be on providing excellent care to all patients, working collaboratively with the team to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Requirements
  • Be a Registered General Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner
  • Have a current NMC/ODP registration with no restrictions
  • A qualification in Ophthalmology or Peri operative care
  • Previous experience in an Ophthalmology Theatre
