Job Title: Afternoon Receptionist

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team at Manor Royal Business District. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling all calls and visitors efficiently, and maintaining a clean and tidy reception area. If you have excellent communication skills, a warm and welcoming demeanor, and the ability to work well under pressure, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
* Answer all calls and direct them to the relevant person or department
* Handle all visitors efficiently, taking full details of their business and paging members of staff as needed
* Establish and maintain a system to monitor the whereabouts of key staff at all times
* Keep customer refreshments stocked up at all times
* Maintain a clean and tidy reception area and waiting area, including the kitchen area in the showroom
* Correctly process all outgoing post ready for dispatch each evening
* Ensure the safety and security of people, vehicles, and property at all times, reporting any known faults or hazards

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Smart appearance
* Competency in numeracy, literacy, and IT

Estimated Salary: £22,000 - £28,000 per annum

About the Role:
This is a part-time position working Monday to Friday, 1pm - 6pm. We offer a competitive salary and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
