About the Role

A challenging and rewarding opportunity exists for a skilled Mobility Specialist to join Aires' London office. This exciting position involves utilizing your experience in customer service to facilitate seamless relocations for corporate transferees and families.

Responsibilities
  • Counsel clients on policy benefits, providing personalized guidance to ensure a smooth relocation process.
  • Coordinate household goods services and family assistance, ensuring timely delivery of essential services.
  • Support clients with expense submissions, fostering strong relationships through expert assistance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee accurate and timely service delivery, upholding Aires' commitment to excellence.
  • Pursue ongoing training initiatives to stay abreast of new systems and processes, driving continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Holds a High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Demonstrates 1-2 years of relevant customer service experience, with proficiency in telephone and email communication, ideally within the relocation industry.

  • Displays computer literacy with MS Office products and ability to quickly grasp proprietary software.

Salary Estimate

Based on industry standards and location, the estimated salary range for this role is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
