Principal Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment Specialist

As a Principal Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment Specialist at Arcadis, you will be part of our Landscape. Masterplanning. Urbanism. (LMU) team, working on a wide range of LVIA/TVIA projects across various sectors, including residential development, transport, and energy infrastructure.
With a strong focus on delivering exceptional outcomes for clients, you will lead the preparation of LVIAs/TVIAs, landscape character assessments, and other related studies. Your expertise will shape and deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients, and you will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to work on some of the UK's largest, most complex, and technically demanding projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation of LVIAs/TVIAs, landscape character assessments, and other related studies
- Deliver LVIA/TVIA projects across a wide range of sectors, including residential development, transport, and energy infrastructure
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to work on complex projects
- Manage staff and commercial resources in the delivery of projects
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to deliver successful projects
Requirements
- Demonstrable strong experience of leading the preparation of LVIAs/TVIAs, landscape character assessments, and other related studies
- Experience in delivering LVIA/TVIA projects across a wide range of sectors
- Strong client-facing skills and experience in direct client involvement and broad stakeholder engagement
- Ability to manage staff and commercial resources in the delivery of projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD, experienced in Adobe CreativeSuite, and preferably BIM, Project Wise capability
