Job Opportunity for Primary Teachers

We are seeking a qualified Primary Teacher to join our team at Education Supply Pool. As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for providing high-quality education to students in a variety of settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Classroom Management: Develop and implement effective classroom management strategies to ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
  • Lesson Planning: Plan and deliver engaging and innovative lessons that cater to the needs of diverse learners.
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other staff members to deliver curriculum and achieve educational goals.
  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a PGCE or a BA in Education.
  • Experience: Have experience of teaching within the UK and possess strong classroom and behavior management skills.
  • Skills: Be able to set high standards, deal with challenging behavior, and maintain discipline.
  • Personal Qualities: Be adaptable, reliable, and a flexible and confident individual.
