Residential Estate Management Professional

Capital London Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Residential Estate Management Professional to join The CLR Group. This role involves leading management services for a portfolio of residential and, where applicable, mixed-use buildings and estates.
Salary and BenefitsAs a Residential Estate Management Professional, you will be offered a competitive remuneration package, with a basic salary up to £35,000 per annum. Additionally, you will enjoy the benefits of working from home two days a week, a car allowance of £4,000, and access to excellent continued training opportunities.
Job ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities will include:
- Property Inspections and Maintenance: Conducting regular property inspections and maintaining detailed records of any issues or concerns.
- Finance: Managing client accounts, preparing budgets, and ensuring adherence to financial regulations.
- Insurance: Coordinating building insurance policies, directors' and officers' insurance, and other relevant coverage.
- Meetings: Organizing and attending various meetings, including EGMs, AGMs, Directors' meetings, and Residents' meetings.
- Correspondence and Administration: Handling correspondence, maintaining records, and performing administrative tasks as required.
- Breaches of the Lease: Investigating and resolving lease breaches in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Contractors: Managing contractors and ensuring compliance with contractual agreements.
- Property Sales: Coordinating property sales, including the assignment of leases.
- Complaints: Responding to and resolving complaints from clients and stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Organization: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Communication: Articulate and professional communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
- Property Experience: Relevant experience in property management or a related field.
- Patience and Listening: High levels of patience and active listening skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and negotiate effectively.
- Qualifications: ATPI qualification (desirable) and a strong understanding of leases and relevant legislation.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
