Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Machine Operator to join our production team at Meridian Business Support Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our beverage filling machine, ensuring efficient production and delivering high-quality outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain the beverage filling machine, including performing routine maintenance tasks and troubleshooting issues.
  • Manage raw materials in accordance with FIFO and storage procedures.
  • Report any non-conformances to company policies, procedures, and standards, and support corrective action activities.
  • Work collaboratively with the production team to meet performance targets and required company standards.
  • Participate in traceability exercises, product trials, and site audits/visits.
  • Support the delivery of key performance indicators for the factory linked to safety, quality, people, delivery, and cost standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with machines within an FMCG environment.
  • Ability to problem-solve, work as a team player, and have a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude.
