- Liaise with contractors, coordinate their services, and ensure high-quality work completion.
- Occasionally visit other homes to provide cover or participate in planned maintenance activities.
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
- Practical skills in minor repairs, including basic plumbing and DIY experience.
- Fundamental knowledge of health and safety protocols, including Legionella disease awareness.
- Valid driver's license and access to personal transportation.
- Proficiency in using an iPad or laptop, as well as compliance applications.
