About the Role
Oxford Instruments Plc is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our team in Abingdon. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for building and testing cryogenic instrumentation to quality standards and timeframes.
Key Responsibilities
- Working to engineering drawings and standard operating procedures (SOPs), you will be building and testing cryogenic instrumentation to quality standards and timeframes.
- Reporting to a hands-on Value Stream Team Leader, you will be part of a collaborative and committed team of 10, working a 37-hour week with a reduced five-hour day on Friday.
- You will be responsible for complex assembly work, within a low-volume engineering environment, and will be adaptable and flexible, with an eagerness to learn and try your hand at various tasks.

Requirements
