About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in Pen-Y-Bryn, Flintshire. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for implementing a holistic approach to helping vulnerable adults in their daily lives, ensuring their safety, comfort, and occupational and sensory needs are supported.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out standardized and non-standardized assessments for vulnerable adults
- Implement bespoke interventions and prepare relevant documentation, including writing reports and sensory profiles
- Provide information and training to staff, commissioners, and other agencies as required
- Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary therapy team to create an environment where vulnerable adults can flourish, learn, and develop

Requirements:
- Occupational Therapy BSc (Hons) or equivalent qualification
- Registered with the HCPC
- Experience of working with adults and who have an intellectual disability and/or autism with additional needs
- Able to work collaboratively with a range of key partners
- Evidence of continuing professional development relevant to the setting
