About the Role
We're looking for a talented Deputy Manager to join our Turtle Bay Family in Staines. As a Deputy Manager, you'll be responsible for developing your team coaching, leadership, and restaurant management skills while driving sales and creating the magic of the Caribbean for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective team coaching and leadership strategies to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction
- Manage restaurant operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service
- Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives and improve restaurant performance
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests
