Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Subcontract Technician to manage the subcontracting journey from the initial query point of sale through to testing completion, with the assistance of Customer Services confirming invoicing is complete and commercially sensible.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately follow standard operating procedures for the registration, submission, and testing of subcontracted products.
- Collaborate with Customer Services to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors to ensure smooth operations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
