About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Complex Community Nurse. As a key member of our community care team, you will be responsible for assessing and reviewing individual care packages, providing practical training to care workers, and clinical supervisions and instructions using your clinical expertise and guidance.

You will work closely with our healthcare workers at the point of care, which may include home, school, community, and day centers. Your clinical knowledge and experience will be essential in interacting with ICBs, Case Management, Social Services, private and NHS hospitals, nursing homes, and learning disability establishments.

As a Complex Community Nurse, you will have the opportunity to use your skills and experience to make a real difference in the lives of our clients. You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team that is committed to delivering high-quality care services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assess and review individual care packages to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
  2. Provide practical training to care workers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  3. Conduct clinical supervisions and instructions to ensure the highest standards of care.
  4. Work closely with our healthcare workers to deliver care services in a variety of settings.
  5. Interact with ICBs, Case Management, Social Services, private and NHS hospitals, nursing homes, and learning disability establishments to ensure seamless care delivery.
