We're seeking a skilled Customer Support Senior Associate to join our Second Line Support team. In this role, you'll provide exceptional service to millions of customers using Blockchain.com, leveraging your product expertise to resolve customer inquiries and escalations through various channels.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Blockchain.com products and functionality, with the ability to maintain up-to-date knowledge of new features and functionality. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing high-level customer support through various channels, including tickets, emails, and live chat.
  • Acting as a bridge between Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams on product issues and bug resolution.
  • Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and understanding of support and engineering processes.
  • Achieving key performance metrics related to quality, productivity, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction.
  • Handling project-based work on an as-needed basis, including cross-functional projects and projects related to tooling and systems.
