Lead a Team of Care Staff and Deliver Exceptional Care

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at Cumbrae Lodge Care Home in Irvine, North Ayrshire. As a leader in our nursing home, you will be responsible for leading a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
  • Oversee all aspects of medicine management on your shift
  • Make decisions in a timely manner to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents
  • Utilize your clinical skills to provide guidance and support to team members
  • Support, guide, teach, and mentor others in line with the NMC Code

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with the ability to lead a team of care staff
  • Passionate about delivering great care and supporting residents and their families
  • Team player who engages well with others
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Able to demonstrate awareness and understanding of the CI/CQQ/RQIA National Care Standards
  • Able to deliver nursing care in a clinical environment
