We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at Cumbrae Lodge Care Home in Irvine, North Ayrshire. As a leader in our nursing home, you will be responsible for leading a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care to residents
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
- Oversee all aspects of medicine management on your shift
- Make decisions in a timely manner to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents
- Utilize your clinical skills to provide guidance and support to team members
- Support, guide, teach, and mentor others in line with the NMC Code
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with the ability to lead a team of care staff
- Passionate about delivering great care and supporting residents and their families
- Team player who engages well with others
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels
- Able to demonstrate awareness and understanding of the CI/CQQ/RQIA National Care Standards
- Able to deliver nursing care in a clinical environment
