About the Role

Technical Moves seeks an experienced Architectural Technician to support the delivery of residential projects from planning through to technical stages.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of residential projects, technical drawing, and detailing skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software is essential.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects are required.
  • A relevant qualification in Architectural Technology or a similar field is necessary.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading the preparation of technical drawings, specifications, and details for residential projects.
  • Managing projects from initial planning stages through to the construction phase.
  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Ensuring compliance with UK Building Regulations and relevant codes of practice.
  • Conducting site visits, preparing technical reports, and resolving any on-site issues.
