Job Summary:

Vetro Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Homeless Support Worker to join our team. As a Homeless Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support and guidance to individuals experiencing homelessness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that hostel occupants comply with hostel rules and regulations.
  • Provide emotional support to the hostel's occupants.
  • Ensure that health and safety procedures are explained and adhered to within the hostel.
  • Provide relevant information to all visitors to the hostel.
  • Liaise with Housing Officers where appropriate to meet client needs.
  • Promote a sense of equality and diversity throughout the business.
  • Ensure standards of customer care are to a high standard.
