We are seeking an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join our team at Nova Artes Engineering. The successful candidate will be required to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (with optional overtime), and will be expected to travel as part of the role. The applicant will also be required to work as part of the on-call rota (1 in 6) to carry out PPM and repairs to an industry standard.
Key Responsibilities:- To risk assess work/working environments before starting any work to avoid injuries, and undertake all work by Health & Safety and The Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations (GSIUR) 1998.
- To keep your allocated company vehicle clean and tidy at all times, always wear the correct uniform, and dispose of any waste to company/HSE regulations.
- To work on a call-out rota and seasonal overtime, and to participate in H&S training in all key areas of our industry.
- To maintain a high level of technical knowledge and skills, and to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
- Commercial Gas Qualifications (COCN1 or CODNCO1, CIGA1, CORT1, ICPN1, TPCP1A or TPCP1).
- Full UK Driving Licence (clean licence desired).
- Ability to work on a call-out rota - 1 in 6.
- Company van (small or medium) with fuel card and private use.
- Pension.
- H&S training in all key areas of our industry.
- BMS Controls training.
- Days holiday (including bank holidays).
