Job Overview

The core purpose of this Head of Faculty for Business and Economics post is to contribute to the continuing development of GSL Education's educational institution. This role will include a teaching timetable and the ability to lead and motivate students.

As Head of Faculty, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the Business and Economics department to ensure high-quality teaching and learning.
  • Inspiring and motivating students to achieve their academic potential.
  • Contributing to the subject outcomes and continuing success of the institution.
  • Reflecting on and identifying methods to enhance teaching and learning across all phases.
  • Working collaboratively with a very active and hardworking team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective teaching and learning strategies to improve student outcomes.
  • Lead and manage the Business and Economics department, including staff management and development.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective educational program.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of teaching and learning strategies, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in Business and Economics education.
