Total Resourcing Ltd is on the lookout for a Senior Mechanical Engineering Leader to enhance our Engineering division in the UK. In this pivotal role, you will be tasked with unifying operational engineering teams and steering projects from Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) through to commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and uphold design standards and methodologies
  • Facilitate timely design review processes
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to effectively capture and utilize knowledge
  • Direct technical assessments related to mechanical processes
  • Supervise mechanical process design from initial concept through to construction
  • Willingness to travel between various sites as necessary

Your Profile:

  • A natural leader with outstanding stakeholder engagement abilities
  • A proven history of delivering effective engineering solutions
  • A commitment to fostering long-term client partnerships
  • A solid technical foundation in Mechanical Engineering

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
  • At least 10 years of experience in the Mechanical Engineering field
  • Experience in engineering design within regulated industries
  • Proficiency in delivering mechanical studies
  • Possession of 'SC' UK Security Clearance is preferred
