Factory Executive

Everest People Solutions is hiring a seasoned Factory Executive to oversee the daily operations at Salisbury Poultry. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and inspire a team of 300 staff to achieve their best performance.

The ideal candidate will have a background in the poultry or meat industry, with essential experience in UK retail operations. They will be responsible for leading the team to achieve yield, quality, waste reduction, and performance management objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead and manage the team to drive results and meet performance targets.
• Operational Oversight: Supervise direct reports, including the QA Manager, two Production Managers, the Engineering Supervisor, and the Hygiene Manager.
• Process Integration: Support the integration of the new Wet and Dry Sides in factory operations.

Salary: £62,000 - £72,000 per annum, depending on experience.
