Mainstay Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a leading FM services provider looking to expand their team by hiring a skilled and dedicated Building Fabric Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining fabric works such as carpentry, joinery, plumbing, and other related tasks. The role is based in the East Midlands region, with a competitive salary of up to £32,500 per annum. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Maintain fabric works such as carpentry, joinery, plumbing, and other related tasks

**Requirements:**

* 2+ years of experience in a similar role
* Strong technical knowledge and skills in fabric works
