Clinical Negligence Solicitor Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join our team in a national recruitment campaign. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare litigation and a passion for this area of law.

Job Title:

Associate or Senior Associate

Location:

Fully remote - from any location in England and Wales

Salary:

Excellent - 'top tier' rate

Reports to:

Head of Department

The hiring managers are keen to attract a broad range of PQE. Claimant or defendant clinical negligence experience is welcome. There is also the possibility of a retrain from other areas such as EL/PL.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling a caseload of more straightforward matters such as 'Never Event' cases or other undisputed claims
  • Experience of late diagnosis or misdiagnosis cases or high-value claims such as obstetrics including complex birth injury cases or still births or other trauma suffered during childbirth
  • Claimant or defendant experience welcome

The Partners are willing to consider candidates with a broad range of experience. You may be at the start of your career and therefore handling a caseload of more straightforward matters such as 'Never Event' cases or other undisputed claims. Equally, you may have experience of late diagnosis or misdiagnosis cases or even high-value claims such as obstetrics including complex birth injury cases or still births or other trauma suffered during childbirth.
