Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement engaging activities that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of our children
  • Collaborate with the Room Leader to develop and implement the curriculum, ensuring a stimulating and supportive learning environment
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and carers through effective communication and teamwork
  • Uphold the nursery's high standards by adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Mentor junior staff members to enhance their skills and confidence

Requirements:

  • Hold a relevant childcare qualification at level 3 or above
  • Proven experience in a nursery setting, with a strong understanding of child development and learning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with attention to detail and record-keeping
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
