Premier Teachers is currently seeking an experienced Chemistry Instructor for a secondary school in the Durham area.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering Chemistry lessons to KS3, KS4, and potentially A level standard. This ongoing position from February 2025 to July 2025 requires working four days a week at a mixed-sex school with a supportive and friendly staff and management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effective classroom management skills
- A passion for teaching Chemistry
- Excellent subject knowledge
- Ability to organize lessons and manage time efficiently
- Planning engaging and effective Chemistry lessons
Requirements:
- Holding QTS or QTLS
- Providing two professional referees
- Having a DBS form or being prepared to obtain one
Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
