About the Role

We are recruiting a PBS Practitioner to join our Positive Behaviour Support Team at the NAS CS Outreach Centre. In this role, you will work collaboratively with our team to provide support and advice to our services, promoting positive behaviour and wellbeing.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Positive Behaviour Support, with experience working with individuals with autism and complex needs. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with individuals, families, and colleagues.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing personalized support plans, working closely with our team to ensure effective delivery. This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires adaptability, flexibility, and a commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes.

Salary: £35,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
