About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Parts Manager to join our team at Pertemps Bridgwater. As a key member of our dealership, you will be responsible for managing our vehicle parts and accessories stock, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate stock levels of vehicle parts and accessories
  • Monitor and control the re-order process to ensure timely delivery of parts
  • Take sales orders from customers and raise invoices in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to our customers
  • Manage and train a team of sales and service staff to ensure they are equipped to provide the best possible service to our customers
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a parts-related role, preferably in a dealership environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of cars and parts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • IT literate and able to use specialist computer-based systems
