Pembrook Resourcing is seeking a results-driven Car Sales Executive to join their client's sales team. This exciting opportunity offers a chance to work with a leading automotive brand and contribute to the success of the organization.
The Job DescriptionAs a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying and developing sales leads, building strong relationships with customers, and guiding them through the sales process.
- Providing excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive reputation for the dealership.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services, and utilizing this knowledge to advise customers and drive sales.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and other departments to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry, including products, services, and market trends.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
Salary: £30,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
