About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team in a Key Stage 1 and 2 setting. The successful candidate will have a Level 3 qualification and prior experience working with children of an older primary age group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support teachers in delivering lessons and providing a safe and engaging learning environment.
  • Work with small groups or individual students to provide additional support and guidance.
  • Assist with planning and preparation of lessons, including preparing materials and resources.
  • Communicate effectively with teachers, students, and parents to ensure a smooth and successful learning experience.

Requirements
  • A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in a relevant field.
  • Prior experience working with children of an older primary age group.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team and provide support to teachers and students.
