About The Job
We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Practitioner to join our team at The Cambian Group. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong assessment and therapeutic skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with colleagues to provide high-quality support to our young people and their families.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough assessments of young people's needs and develop effective plans for their care and support
* Deliver high-quality therapeutic services to young people in community residential settings
* Collaborate with other professionals to provide a comprehensive service to young people and their families
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, young people, and their families
* Stay up-to-date with best practices and research in the field of mental health and learning disabilities

Requirements
* Relevant professional qualification and registration with the HCPC, NMC, or BACP
* Significant experience of working with vulnerable young people in a therapeutic or counselling setting
* Excellent assessment and therapeutic skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work under pressure and remain calm in stressful and difficult situations
* Full clean driving licence (this post may involve travelling throughout the county)
