About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spanish Speaking Account Team Leader to join our team at Focus Resourcing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Account Executives to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Account Executives to handle customer enquiries and provide a world-class service
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and customer satisfaction
  • Train and coach team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles
  • Maintain regular one-to-ones with team members to discuss progress and development plans
  • Support the customer needs in line with departmental KPIs
  • Be available to deal with all queries and complaints
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a Team Leading role, preferably in a customer service or account management field
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, both verbal and written
  • Experience of working in a busy and demanding environment
  • Commercially aware and able to make informed decisions
  • Ability to mentor and coach team members to a high standard
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to an audience
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office
  • Previous experience of Oracle would be advantageous but not essential
