Salary Details

We are offering a competitive salary of £48,000 per annum for this position, reflecting the importance of the role in supporting the clinical team and contributing to the overall success of the home.

About the Job

This Deputy Manager position offers a unique opportunity to lead and develop a team of nurses and healthcare assistants, providing exceptional care and support to our residents. Your duties will include coordinating and managing the care and nursing staff, supporting with clinical audits, and ensuring that clinical records are maintained in line with care inspectorate standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage the care and nursing staff to ensure high-quality care delivery.
  • Support with clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in line with regulatory requirements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A current registration with the NMC as an Adult General Nurse (RGN), Mental Health Nurse (RMN), or Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD).
  • Experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity within a clinical setting, preferably in the care sector.
  • The ability to lead, develop, and motivate a team of nurses and HCAs.
