As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing patients with the highest standard of customer service, patient care, and attention to detail. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver effective manual therapy to high standards, make clients feel comfortable in treatment sessions, and provide a level of customer experience that will see clients returning and telling their friends and family about us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver effective manual therapy to high standards

  • Ensure that clients complete their treatment plans and communicate the importance of regular maintenance treatments to prevent pain and promote well-being
  • Build immediate rapport in the first session

  • Understand a patient's deeper goals and confidently formulate and communicate a plan of action
Requirements
  • BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent
  • Member of Chartered Society of Physiotherapy
  • HCPC registration - 1 year MSK experience minimum
  • Right to Work in the UK
  • Enhanced DBS check
  • Excellent spoken and written English
