Job Summary

As a 2025 Real Estate Debt Strategies Capital Markets Analyst, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides creative and comprehensive financing solutions across the capital structure and risk spectrum. You will assist in the underwriting, structuring, negotiation, and closing of financing solutions, including repurchase facilities, loan syndications, and securitizations.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and management of client and banking relationships
  • Prepare presentations to analyze financial strategies and business performance
  • Help develop and manage client and banking relationships
  • Work collaboratively with the larger BREDS team to finalize investments while providing input on levered returns, structures, and financing trades
  • Liaise with the broader Real Estate Capital Markets team to drive business initiatives
  • Analyze and model new strategic initiatives and business development opportunities for the BREDS business
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or masters student
  • Anticipated graduation date: 2025
  • CV must include expected graduation month/year and grade
