Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and meeting budget and deadline targets.
  2. Develop and implement effective project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and contractors, to ensure seamless communication and project delivery.
  4. Ensure site teams adhere to safety, quality, and environmental standards, providing guidance and support as needed.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience managing complex construction projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • A results-driven approach, with a focus on delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in the North East region.
  • Possess a degree (or equivalent qualification) in a relevant construction field.
  • Hold current certifications, including SMSTS and CSCS First Aid Card.

Position Details:

  • Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.
  • Salary: Competitive (£65,000 - £85,000 per annum).
