Early Years Teaching Assistant Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious graduate to join our team as an Early Years Teaching Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and wants to gain experience working with primary pupils in a school setting.
The RoleAs an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will be working closely with our experienced EYFS faculty to support the learning and development of our students. You will be responsible for assisting teachers with lesson planning, delivering engaging and interactive lessons, and providing individual support to students who require extra help.
Personal Specification- We are looking for someone who has received or is on track to receive a 2:1 or 1st class degree from a top 20 UK University.
- Previous experience working with children is highly desirable, but not essential.
- You should be adaptable, confident, and able to become a positive role model for students across the year groups.
- We are particularly interested in candidates who are willing to gain experience working with SEN children.
In addition to your teaching responsibilities, you will also have the opportunity to work with other professionals, such as speech therapists and occupational therapists, as necessary. You will be required to accompany school trips and participate in other specific duties as needed.
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 per year pro rata to term time only, and the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment. If you are a motivated and enthusiastic graduate who is passionate about education, we would love to hear from you.
