As a Technical Product Manager, you will be the common link between our customers and development teams, working closely with stakeholders to deliver strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

As a Technical Product Manager for our payment solutions, you will be responsible for:

  • Formalizing customer requirements and reviewing functional and design documents
  • Collaborating with IT delivery teams to ensure smooth planning and delivery of the gpi product roadmap
  • Working with business product managers to achieve commercial ambitions and exploring potential new initiatives
  • Ensuring smooth adoption of our product suite by the community
  • Supporting sales teams during pre-sales activities
  • Actively contributing to the definition and evolution of our Transaction Management tribe products and other SWIFT products

What will make you successful?

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management and planning skills, with experience in Agile teams
  • Fluent English language skills (spoken and written)
  • Proven experience in customer-facing activities and product management
  • A strong understanding of the payments market and SWIFT business
