About Chevron Traffic Management
Chevron Traffic Management is a leading provider of temporary traffic management solutions, working with clients across the UK to ensure safe and efficient roadworks.
We are seeking a skilled Traffic Management Operative to join our team, responsible for undertaking traffic counts, calls to clients and subcontractors, timings and near misses.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake traffic counts, calls to clients and subcontractors, timings and near misses
- Maintenance of temporary traffic lights
- Installing, maintaining and removing temporary traffic management such as deploying: cones, signs, frames, sandbags and other equipment
- Helping and guiding new trainees
Requirements
- SLG Unit 2 or M1 / M2 qualified as a minimum
- 12d Lantra qualification is highly desirable but not essential
- Knowledge of Chapter 8
- Full driving licence, with no more than 6 points. Any driving bans must have been expired for at least 5 years
- Able to pass a drug and alcohol test
- Positive "can-do" attitude
- Adaptability and Flexibility
- Meticulous attention to detail
