Job Description
We are seeking a Dealership Welcomer to join our team at LSH Auto. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our customers, ensuring a seamless experience from the moment they arrive at the dealership.

As a Dealership Welcomer, you will engage with customers, provide them with essential information about our vehicles and services, and work closely with the sales team to ensure exceptional customer interactions. You will also maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception and showroom areas, contributing to a professional and efficient environment.

This position is perfect for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, are highly motivated, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. As a Dealership Welcomer, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge, working closely with a dynamic team to deliver outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist them in navigating the dealership.
  • Provide detailed information about vehicles, promotions, and services offered.
  • Support the sales team by preparing customer needs and coordinating appointments.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception and showroom areas.

Estimated Salary: £9-12 per hour
