About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Receptionist to join our team at Malmaison Belfast. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, communicating effectively with guests and management, and solving problems in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and respond to their queries
- Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Develop strong communication and problem-solving skills

What We Offer:
A competitive salary of £25,000 per annum, plus generous company benefits, including 40 hours per week in a permanent contract.
